ما مِن جُرعَهٍ اَحَبُّ اِلَی الله مِن جُرعَه غَیظٍ کَظَمَها رَجُلٌ اَو 

جُرعَه صَبرٍ عَلی مُصیبَهٍ

Nothing is more favorable to God than a sip of 

anger or a sip of patience one drinks
